The McCrea Studio 1996

The McCrea Studio was Studio 804’s first attempt at building a complete residential structure. The client Judy McCrea, had recently purchased land in the country with the intent of constructing a studio for her to work which she would eventually live in. Students designed and framed the structure in April of 1996. As the first residential work completed, this project is the foundation for what we do today.
